很多同學看到句意解析的題型常常會心生疑懼，其實句意解析的題目，最重要的就是找出題目的主旨，然後挑選答案選項當中跟題目主旨較為接近的就是正解了！英銘老師幫我們列了幾個步驟，只要好好參照，就可以輕鬆的掌握句意解析的內容取得分數。

(  ) Sublimity had to do with a feeling of weakness…. A landscape could arouse the sublime only when it suggested power, power greater than that of humans and threatening to them.

(A) We feel a landscape is grand when we feel it is more powerful than we can manage.

(B) A weak person always admires those who have greatest interests in landscaping.

(C) The mountain looms when a man himself feels powerful in his mind.

(D) A landscape becomes sublime for it may become a threat to a man who worships it.

Step 1：瀏覽句意，找出主結構：“Sublimity had to do with a feeling of weakness.” (崇高與軟弱的感覺有關係)。

補充：

sublimity  n.  崇高(的人)、絕頂、氣質高尚      (sometimes)

Everyone is moved by the sublimity and beauty of the painting.

每個人都被這幅畫的崇高與美麗感動。

have to do with  與…有關係   (always)

What does this matter have to do with me?

這件事和我有什麼關係呢？

weakness  n.  虛(軟)弱、弱點、嗜好     (often)

Backhand return is Luke's greatest weakness.

反手拍回球是Luke最大的弱點。
