(D) Political manipulations have been crucial in the shaping of these results.

Step 1：瀏覽句意，找出主結構：“These results have been achieved.” (這些結果已被完成)。

補充：

result  v. 產生、導致  n. 結果、戰績、決定        (always)

Careless driving may result in accidents.

不小心駕駛可能會導致交通事故。

The final results will be announced next Monday.

最終結果將在下週一宣佈。
